Amanda graduated from the University of Iowa - Tippie College of Business in spring of 2010 where she studied finance and entrepreneurship. Post-graduation Amanda worked in Corporate America for 2 years before ditching the 9-5pm routine and going out on her own. Currently, she is the founder of MASH Entities, a project management company that works with various clients across the country. 



Nate is a recent graduate of Drake University. Following graduation, he began his career with Red Frog Events in Chicago, IL as an Event Director with the position title Catalyst of Creativity. Since the last Succeed Faster, he’s achieved two incredible goals. First, Nate graduated from college completely debt free, and second, he went sailing in the Bahamas, where he also participated in the Bahamas Marathon Team Relay.


Originally from South Africa, PJ recently graduated from Purdue University as a Chemical Engineer. He’s currently working in Arizona for Intel as a process engineer in their microprocessor fabrication facility. He is also working with a nonprofit company, Roseicollis Technologies Inc. in deploying and scaling their Sunsaluter solar solution in developing countries.


Michael is a Business Management major from the University of Arizona. More impressively, he started his first company during his freshman year of college. He dove into the mobile application realm only one year ago and has since created tremendous success. Michael was featured in the June 2013 issue of Entrepreneur Magazine for his work with SociaLink App, the mobile app that simplifies networking, and was labeled a ‘Relationship Expert.’ He was one of a select number of students from the University of Arizona that met with Warren Buffet in New York City


Courteney Kay is a matchmaking dynamo. She attended the University of Southern California and currently resides in San Francisco. She recently landed her dream job at Grouper with the title of Member Experience Manager. Her passion for connecting people also lead her to create Mingle All The Way, a company that hosts networking events for entrepreneurs and young singles. In her free time, she is a staff writer and columnist for Made Woman Magazine as well as a coach for those seeking dating coaching.


Megan graduated from Drake University in May of this year with a degree in Accounting and Finance and a concentration in Business Law. She interned with Billpay GMBH in Berlin, Germany last summer and is currently employed at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Des Moines, Iowa. Megan is also very involved with a family charity that raises money for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics brain tumor and heart defect research departments. Ride For The Kids has raised close to $300,000 for the cause since its founding in 2009.


Jeff currently lives in Pittsburgh, PA, where he attended Duquesne University. He works for Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) as a Risk Assurance Associate. As a result of Succeed Faster, he now owns and operates his own rental real estate company. He also has experience in politics and sees himself in office one day. Ever since his first Succeed Faster conference, Jeff has made it his mission to constantly work towards achieving items on his bucket list.


Nihal Advani is an experienced digital marketer, globetrotter, and Founder & CEO of Georama, an 
interactive travel guide. Originally from India, he spent his teenage years as an internationally ranked tennis player before moving to the United States to play D1 college tennis. While at Stony Brook University in New York, he interned at Google. After graduating at the top of his class with a BS in Marketing, he joined Microsoft where he spent five years in various marketing roles across Search (Bing) and Display, and Microsoft’s Media Network.
